30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your Infratherapy Sauna Blanket, contact info@infratherapy.com.au within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return for a full refund or exchange. You may return the blanket even if you have tried it.

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the return address and instructions. Include all supplied accessories.

Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind or satisfaction-guarantee returns. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact info@infratherapy.com.au so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. We cover reasonable return postage for confirmed faulty or incorrectly supplied products.

Your blanket also comes with a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
